The callback form asks for your name and phone number. Your email address, city, requested service and project description are optional. Please do not send passwords, alarm codes, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

How inquiries are handled

Your request is processed by our website server and sent to our business email inbox using Gmail. It is not published on the website, and the form does not save requests in a website database. Information you send may remain in our business email and related service records. We do not sell your personal information.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and automated spam-prevention services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request signals. We use these services to operate the website and reduce abusive submissions. Google and Vercel may process information outside Canada.

Visitor analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page views. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free analytics that provides aggregated statistics, including pages visited, referring sites, approximate location, device type and browser. Our page-view filter removes query strings and URL fragments and only records recognized public pages. We do not send form contents or customer contact details as analytics events.
