SEE WHAT MATTERS

A camera system should do more than simply record.

Good video surveillance starts with proper camera placement, the right lens and resolution, dependable recording and a network that can support the system. EZtech designs and installs CCTV systems around the areas you actually need to see, whether that is an entrance, driveway, parking area, warehouse, office, retail floor or complete property perimeter.

01

WHAT CCTV CAN DO

Live visibility, recorded evidence and remote access.

A well-designed surveillance system helps you review events, verify activity and check your property remotely. Depending on the equipment selected, systems can support motion detection, smart event filtering, notifications and multi-user access.

✓ Live camera viewing✓ Continuous or event recording✓ Smartphone and computer access✓ Night and low-light coverage✓ Motion and smart-event detection✓ Export of recorded video

The best camera is not always the one with the highest megapixel count. Placement, lens choice, lighting and recording quality matter just as much.

02

HOW IT WORKS

From camera to recording and remote viewing.

1. Capture

Cameras capture video from the areas selected during the site assessment.

2. Transmit

Video travels over network cabling, coaxial cable or a supported wireless connection.

3. Record

An NVR, DVR or compatible recording platform stores footage according to the configured schedule and retention settings.

4. View

Authorized users can review live and recorded video locally or remotely through supported apps and software.

CAMERA SYSTEM TYPES

Choose the right platform for the property.

We work with new installations and existing camera systems. The best approach depends on available cabling, required image quality, coverage, budget and future expansion.

IP / PoE Cameras

Network cameras connected by Ethernet. A single cable can carry power and data, making IP systems flexible, scalable and well suited to modern installations.

HD over Coax

High-definition cameras that use existing coaxial cabling. This can be a practical way to upgrade older analog systems without replacing every cable.

Wireless Cameras

Useful where cabling is difficult, but performance depends on Wi-Fi quality, power availability and network conditions. We recommend them only where they make sense.

Specialty Cameras

Turret, dome, bullet, PTZ, panoramic and other camera styles can be selected based on viewing angle, environment and mounting location.

WHAT WE INSTALL

Complete surveillance infrastructure.

Camera performance depends on every part of the system working together.

+

Cameras

Indoor and outdoor cameras selected for the required field of view, mounting height, lighting and environmental conditions.

+

NVR / DVR

The recorder manages camera feeds, storage, playback and export of video.

+

PoE Network

PoE switches can power IP cameras while carrying data across the network.

+

Video Storage

Storage is sized around camera count, resolution, frame rate, recording mode and desired retention period.

+

Remote Viewing

Supported mobile and desktop applications can provide secure access to live and recorded video.

+

UPS / Power Protection

Optional backup power can help keep key CCTV equipment running through short power interruptions.

UPGRADING AN OLD SYSTEM?

Existing cabling may still be useful.

If your current cameras are outdated, blurry or no longer recording properly, we can inspect the recorder, power, network and existing cable before recommending a replacement.

In many properties, usable coaxial or network cabling can be retained and upgraded with newer compatible equipment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CCTV questions.

Can I view my cameras from my phone?

Yes. Many modern systems support secure remote viewing through a manufacturer or platform app. Available features depend on the installed equipment and network connection.

How long can video be stored?

Retention depends on the number of cameras, resolution, frame rate, recording mode and hard-drive capacity. We size storage around the retention target you need.

Can you reuse my existing coaxial cables?

Often yes. Existing coax can sometimes support modern HD-over-coax cameras, provided the cable and connectors are in good condition. We test before recommending reuse.

Do all cameras need internet?

No. Cameras can record locally without internet in many systems. Internet is generally required for remote viewing, cloud features or external notifications.

Can you add cameras to my existing system?

Yes, when the recorder, network, power and licensing or channel capacity support expansion.

Do you install residential and commercial CCTV?

Yes. We install and service camera systems for homes, offices, stores, warehouses, multi-unit properties and other commercial sites across our service area.
